Samantha Govoni
Pilates instructor
Samantha holds a B.F.A. in Performing Arts from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where she had the pleasure of studying Gyrokinesis, Alexander technique, Laban/Bartenieff movement analysis, Pedagogy, and Pilates in addition to her dance education. Pilates was first introduced to her in 2010 after undergoing ankle ligament reconstruction and, thanks to a regular Pilates practice, she was able to return to dancing.
Five years later, Samantha decided to become a Balanced Body trained Pilates Instructor to help others recovering from similar situations.

Citlalli Avalos Montoya

After a Master of Industrial Engineering, she decided to invest in her other passion and obtained her diploma as a contemporary dancer.
Today, she is a performer, contemporary dancer, dance and movement improvisation teacher. She is currently in training to become an instructor of the Feldenkrais Method.
Citlalli has over 10 years of experience as a Pilates instructor (Ron Fletcher Pilates / Balanced Body).

Cristina is a Physiotherapist , massage therapist, and Pilates / Yoga Instructor.
She has completed Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Training program in 2017.
Her experience as a physiotherapist will help you to progress in a safest and most suitable way regardless of your physical condition / medical issues.

Annabelle Hellinckx
Instructrice Pilates / Méthode Feldenkrais
Danseuse soliste au Ballet Royale des Flandres, Ballet National de Hollande et Ballet National de Finlande, Annabelle découvre le Pilates et Gyrokinesis au sein de ces compagnies en 2005.
Contrainte de mettre fin à sa carrière de danseuse suite à un accident, elle se dirige vers la formation d'instructeur Pilates Balanced Body et la Méthode Feldenkrais dont elle est diplômée, ainsi qu'une formation d'enseignant Tai Chi.
C'est par l'approfondissement de ces méthodes qu'elle se remet de son accident et décide de devenir instructrice Pilates Balanced Body afin d'aider les autres à guérir et évoluer par le mouvement.
